Each platform has two files:

- **`shipyard-*`** — the control plane: API, console and worker in one binary.
- **`ship-*`** — the remote worker that joins a Shipyard from another machine. See [Ships and docks](/ships/).

Both are static binaries with no runtime dependencies.
